Hi there, my name is Mysti. Just joined today! I'm from Texas. Married, mom and 35 years old. Got 142lbs to lose. Lost our baby last year and fell into depression and packed on too much weight. My health is being affected horribly.

Looking for motivation and to motivate!

I really gotta stick with it this time, my health and life counts on it!

    sorry for your loss everyone needs motivation. the best thing to do is to be honest with yourself when reaching a goal and tracking calories. best of luck!
