I am a believer now- DO NOT TRUST THE SCALE!!!

After 1.5 months of not seeing any significant move on the scale (only around 3.5 lbs loss) and getting discouraged because I busted my butt in the gym 5-7 times a week and stuck as close as I could to my calories and macros I asked for a follow up body scan at the gym. It's this fancy schmancy equipment that measures your total weight, lean body weight, body fat weight and water weight, body mass, body fat index, etc and what I learned was very exciting!!!

So during 1.5 months I lost 7.3 lbs of fat, gained 1 lb of muscle and there were 2.5 lbs more of water weight from the last test showing a net loss on the scale of only around 3.5 lbs! NEVER trust the scale!!! :) My body fat % went from 29.3 to 24.9! I KNOW I am on the right track! I was told that calipers would show a lower body fat % since the equipment takes into consideration your internal fat as well.
