Late Night Binge Eating

I need some advice on my problem...
I wake up at 2 or 3 am and go straight to the fridge and i eat not a snack but a whole meal.... I dont even realize i am doing it until the next morning.

Anyone have any suggestions on how i can stop doing this? Please help

    So you are basically sleep eating?
  • well i am awake to a degree but i cant stop ;(
  • I do the same thing sometimes, only my vice is peanut butter. I usually exercise pretty good, and try to lave 400-500 calories available in case I hit the jar :)

    Chain yourself to the bed at nite :)
  • You may want to get your sugar tested. I used to do this and found out I was diabetic and having a serious blood sugar drop or spike in the night which would cause the sleep eating. Please add me as a friend.

    Put a time-lock on your fridge if it's that bad. It sounds weird, but you obviously have some self-control issues that could cause you problems in the area of weight loss.
