I need some support since I'm back trying to get this weight off. I lost 17 pounds last year and put it all back on over the last six months. Ugh. Anyone else need a buddy? Please friend me.

Ill b 39 and I also have 40 lbs to lose...i was at 149 until april...i gained about 15 lbs...ugh!...but im ready to do this...its hard without a workout partner but mayb this site will help...0
