Calorie Estimate Help

Hi guys, need some advice on estimating how many calories i burn doing shadow boxing in the sauna?
I can find rough estimates for shadow boxing normally, but im guessing being in the sauna may up it a bit?

Any views really appreciated!

    For how long? I would reckon it would be more or less the same amount of calories for a less intensive aerobics exercise

    could you ask the trainer/instructor ? i had to do the same recently with my boot camps .. i thought i was only burning 250 calories an hour but to my surprise it was a good 550-600 :) ...
    unless its not an instructing thing then i have no idea.

    unfortunately its not an instructed thing, its just me in the sauna.
    why? as if i can do 15mins shadow boxing in the sauna, then 15mins in the ring will be a breeze!
    yea i figured shadow would be the same as the aerobic workout, didnt know how much extra the sauna added.
