How do you convert grams and miligrams into cups, and ounces?

Yeah, except that grams are a unit of weight and cups are a unit of volume, so the conversion depends on the density. There's this really cool thing called Google that if you type in Metric conversion it will give you all kinds of calculators.
That said, you can usually get an approximate answer from googling "how many grams are in a teaspoon of peanut butter," for example.0

Just type in the search field what you are looking for, for example "8 oz in ml" and it should give you the conversion right away.0

Oh, I forgot to say, if you are using very small volumes, 15 mg is a good approximation for a tablespoon.0
