    I have this in the crockpot AS.WE.SPEAK! I'm so excited for it. I added pineapple tidbits (instead fo straight pineapple juice) and also added some onions.

    Thanks for the idea, and I'll update to how tasty it was once I've had a chance to try it.

    I have fresh cut up pineapple that I'll add instead of the juice and some water instead and hopefully the pineapple will cook down and release some of its juices
