    This is a travesty, I normally just Gangnam Style while I jog, so i just count it as that.

    Whenever I'm done working out and my calories burned are close to going over a 100 mark. Like if my work out comes to 675 I'll put on that song on my iPod and dance/chase my poodle around the house. Puts me past 700 in a hurry. Works every time.
