Hi! I'm new to MFP but not new to calorie counting.

My current goal is to lose weight while becoming more fit through running and weightlifting.

I'd like to make some friends on this website and become part of the community as a way to motivate myself.

I can be very weak willed but FROM THIS DAY ON I'm going to be on good behavior.
