Hi! I'm new to MFP but not new to calorie counting.

My current goal is to lose weight while becoming more fit through running and weightlifting.

I'd like to make some friends on this website and become part of the community as a way to motivate myself.

I can be very weak willed but FROM THIS DAY ON I'm going to be on good behavior.

    I've found this site (coupled with my committment to change) to be the best thing I've ever done for myself. The support is beyond awesome.

    Feel free to add me. I keep an open food diary so you can see what I'm eating (or not eating). I find it helpful to see other's food diaries to get ideas for eating. But you don't have to share your food diary to be friends. I've just found this level of accountability to be helpful to me in my food decisions.
