30 Day Shred??? Need info

I have the 30 Day Shred video and am thinking about trying it again (the first time I failed miserably). Has anyone tried this? If so, what are your thoughts?

    I'm on day 2 today, I failed the first time too! I'm soo sore today though but it'll be worth it. I say go for it!
