Lose 20-25 lbs by 12/31/12

This is my goal. Does anyone want to join in?
It wont be easy but it could be easy depending on how determined we are!
How awesome would it be to lose weight during the holidays while everyone else is gaining!? How awesome wouold it be to have a different new years goal besides the one we use ever year (lose weight) My new years goal this year will be to get a six-pack.
Weigh-ins are on mondays.
Work out 4+ times a week
100 oz of water! plus extra for your workouts.
Post your Starting Weight of this challenge SW your current wieght CW and your Goal weight GW. Post height as well as how you are going to lose the 20-25 lbs by the end of the year.

I will lose 20-25 lbs by 12/31/12 by working out 5 times a week my poison will be Running. I will log every single item i put in my mouth. I will drink 100oz of water daily. I will help motivate and be motivated by my MFP friends. I will not stuff my self during the holidays or eat the office treats. I will do my best to not eat any packaged/processed foods. I will burn atleast 500 calories during a workout. I WILL lose 25 lbs!
