Crispy Eggrolls in Oven??

I usually fry the eggroll wrappers to get a nice crisp to them, but I would really like to make them in a healthier manner. Will they still get crisp in the oven? Maybe if I spray with some olive oil spray first?

    they absolutely will. Me and the missus make wonton bbq chicken tacos all the time. We bake the wontons at 375 for 6 minutes for perfect crispiness. They are sooooo addicting, I can easily (and happily) blow my entire calorie budget on these, which is quite a feat as they are pretty low cal all things considered.
