Should I restart?

I have been doing the TurboFire program from BeachBody and am on week 6. I haven't seen the results I expected. I only lost 1 inch off my waist and my scale actually went up 2 lbs. Mind you, I am 23 yrs. old and can do the videos with the intensity expected. So I decided to not make myself go absolutely crazy to just take a week off.
My question is, should I pick up where I left off? Or start the program over again from the beginning? I feel like just starting over and maybe changing some of the things I eat, or starting first thing in the morning instead of after work?
What are your inputs to this?

    I understant how you feel and I'm used to quit before ending the end of the workout schedule because of the same things: weight gain, and so on..

    But for once, I've made it until I finished even if the results where not good in middle of the program and the finished results were finally AMAZING!!

    Keep the good work. Go through the finish line. It's important for your body and for you to grow mentally. That would be my advice..
    Then when you'll finish, you could start another program and program after program you will improve and your body will finish in his best shape ever!!!!!
