Done! My friend upped the ante and challenged to add 10 sit ups and 10 squats between every 10 push ups. Yeow! On one hand, it was nice to break up the push ups, b/c I don't think I could have done 100 straight up, but man am I going to be sore tomorrow.0

Done I had to wait on my husbands work clothes to go in the dryer so my goal was to get it in before the washer was done 10 sets of 100

I'm late to the challenge but I knocked them out anyway. Broke down in 4 sets of 25.
I've got a muscle conditioning class tomorrow and we do a LOT of arm and shoulder work. I am going to be hurting!!!! Good hurt!0 -
