Hi my name is tonigetsome and i just joined this site and i am very happy to be here and i hope that i be very successful in my dieting. I'm on and off this time i put it in God's hands and let him lead and guide me! I know that that's the only way i will be successful!! His word say lead not to ur own understanding but in all our ways acknowledge him!! That's just what i did before i started this program!!! I am looking forward to getting the weight off i go to the gym every morning at 8:00am so i can do water arobics at 8:30am til 9:30am then i do reps so i can raise my chest back up and i also do stomach crunches in the morning and in the night!! For me it takes lots of prayer and consideration and determination!! I am a 50 year old woman with 4 lovely daughters and 9 grandbabies and counting! I just want to be all i can be!! And be healthy doing it.
