Almost 40... Will be in June 2013. My goal is to go from 293lbs to 170 by Dec 2013...
Or however long it takes to be honest. Tried this a couple times before...
My kids are begging me to lose weight.

I'm 43 y.o. and have lost 39 lbs. looking to lose about 5 more and it's been a tough road the last month or two. Been on MFP since spring of this year. Not the most faithful logger of food but am good about logging exercise. could always use more friends!0

41 and just joined. I have logged 2 days. I found the app in the google app store and it lead me to this site. I am hoping that it will help me stick to my fitness goal. I have been exercising but not really keeping track of my food intake. In just the 2 days I have logged my food I can see how bad I was doing.
I am currently training to be a Hot Hula Fitness instructor. I have taught Hula classes before and since I love this workout so much, I figure if I am an instructor it will make me stay regular.0 -
