    officially once per week... unofficially every morning by doctors order for a condition that i have/had.

    it used to be twice a day.. but now only once.. if even. i guess i realize one or two lbs doesn't change much in the grand scheme.. just keep eating well and exercising.. the exercise is whats going to make you look better.. that toning..even if you don't lose lbs for a bit.. if you work out for a couple days in a row, i notice i feel fitter.. and that's all that matters now.. feeling better.. physically
  • everytime i see the scale :) which is probably bad. its kind of an addition now.

    Daily. Every morning right before I go to the gym. I used to weigh myself again after long runs or rides to see how much (water) I'd lost, but I'm much more rational now ;)

    Right now while pregnant, only at the Doctor's Office. I'm concentrating more on my diet and how I feel each day.

    When I'm actively losing weight, daily. Mostly because I log into Wii Fit Plus Daily, and it's kinda part of the procedure...

    every day - ya, pretty much always have.
  • I only count once a week....but can't resist the every day. I know numbers can fluctuate at different times. That's why only the monday is the only one I really pay attention to.

    I usually officially weigh myself once a week. The rest of the week, I do 2-3 times, and and then take an average just to see how I fluctuate.

    i do it every day, but only let it affect me once a week. like if one friday i weigh more than the last friday, i consider it gaining weight. but from day to day i know i fluctuate and it's often just water weight.

    Everyday...in the morning...and no it wasn't always like this. I used to never weigh myself until I was diagnosed with Diabetes.
  • Twice a day, once when I first wake, second time, post the activity and food from the day.

    But I only log progress every 5-7 days, whenever I remember to check around that timeframe.

    Rarely. I weight myself when I go to the dr office. I was an obsessive weigher so my best friend took my scale away from me...lol.
    I have done much better just going by my clothing sizes.
  • Every morning but I only log on Saturdays. Shouldn't do it every day really because I drive myself nuts with the fluctuations. For instance this morning it looks like I've put on 2 lbs since Saturday despite being good. I know rationally it's probably water weight or something cruder but I am killing myself over it

    Pretty much every time I'm in the bathroom. Or sometimes when I'm just hit by the random desire.

    I log my weight daily, with whatever my weight is when I wake up in the morning. I know the numbers fluctuate and it doesn't bother me, plus it never seems to more than a pound or two for me. Honestly, I just like stepping on the scale and seeing a number that's much smaller than it used to be. I find it a really great encouragement.

    This is the first month that I am weighing monthly. Normally I weigh myself daily before breakfast as I like to monitor my progress. I have to admit that it is killing me not knowing my daily weight but I have to trust that the plan/exercise is working.

    Everyday.. sometimes 2 or 3 times a day.. bad habbit. But I only log my Thursday morning weigh in.

    Most mornings. I don't worry about slight fluctuations, as long as overall it's going down more than up! I only log my weight on a Monday morning though. And I think my scale's realised this, since the last two Mondays I've either stayed the same for several days, only to drop on Tuesday, or even put on a couple of pounds *just* for the one day! :huh:
