I don't know where I found this first (it may have even been here!) but I don't see it on the boards now so I figured I would post it.
I just tried it and it's really pretty good!

Just made it with a greek yogurt "icing" on top. It was pretty tasty0

I put some blueberries in the middle and used my Dutch Chocolate protein whey powder. And for a creme fraiche kind of frosting, thick plain fat free Greek Yogurt. With 3 slices of turkey bacon - came to 50g protein and was actually very delicious and filling.0

Has anyone an idea how to do this without a Microwave?

I have tried variations of protein mug cakes and found them terrible
