Hi there... I am Elena from Cyprus. 37 years old and 20 kg overweight....i just started dieting again ! I have the motivation but i think it will be easier with friends. So is there anyone from around here who wants to diet with me?

    I hope that you are successfully achieving your goal. I am too a Cypriot fan of MFP. With its assistance I have lost almost 6 kg (that was the target). Now I am logging in, just to control my dietary discipline and for … statistical reasons.
