Now, this is a far cry from a piece of pie, but it is a tasty smoothie that I came up with on the fly. It's a great way to get in your fruits and it tastes really good! The vanilla adds a buttery flavor, so definitely include that!
Apple Pie Smoothie:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 ice cubes
1 whole granny smith apple, cored and cut into chunks, skin included
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. brown sugar
a sprinkle of sweetener to your taste
Throw all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender until smooth. Enjoy!
Cals: 204, Fat 0g, Carbs 42g, Protein 12g, Fiber 9g, Sodium 52mg.
