    Welcome to the site, I am sure you will find it to be very helpful and a lot of really supportive people to go with the great tools.
  • Hi I hope so as I am stuck I have lost 3 stone on weight loss tabs which have been aken off the market.
    I have lost about 5lbs with calorie counting but i have put 3lbs back on, I am really struggling I am currently on 1350 calories a day does anyone think that is to many??

  • you can calorie count all u want but u have to exercise. lol I struggle with this too. I hate exercising but a friend told me commit yourself 3 days a week of some kind like walking is a good one to start with and u will lose weight.
