So i just wanted to see if anyone else could see a difference :)

the ultimate goal is about 147 lbs so i am just a little under half way there since december lat year - hoping to be there by december next year

I have lost 13lb since joining MFP, and the rest was before that, eating around 2000 cals and exercising low instensity 3 times a week.

I now run 3 times a week, go cycling twice a week, hiking twice a week and whatever else i can get in!

    I did the same thing this week, when I reached my 100 pounds lost mark. I could not see it really, so I needed some affirmatiion.
