Good luck!
Set a goal for yourself like:
Jog the entire race, no walking
45 min time limit
Race again in less than 3 months and beat your old time
It's important to keep yourself challenged, but don't push yourself to the point of injury.0 -
Looking at your diary..i would suggest you start eating properly or you risk getting injured...and how did mfp set you on 800 calories a day?? thats way too less
