I finally took some of everyone's awesome advice and ate a monster 3,000ish cal breakfast yesterday to turbocharge my metabolism and then cut out some carbs after 6PM. I also tricked my body into thinking I was eating every few hrs by chewing gum and drank 1.5 gallons of ice water to burn extra cals. Lost .5lbs and I wasn't even trying to lose! Awesome tips about eating breakfast and lowering carbs at night, don't listen to the haters that say there is no scientific evidence that those tips do anything because anecdotal evidence obviously trumps silly peer reviewed science

You should drink green tea and join shakeology because that's what I do and I lost .4lbs since April so I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about.
