New here and would love some friends :)

Hi, i only just joined this yesterday and would love if people would add me and hopefully we can helo eachother out in this weightloss game :) Iv only just started to gain weight in the last year or 2, but i have become slightly ovewrweight and now i need to stop now before it gets any worse! I already have health problems so am looking to loos a little weight and try start a helathy lifestyle :)

    Just joined today and I am looking to make some new friends who can help me. I work shifts and find that my weight goes uop and down more than a lift. I would love to find the perfect diet as I have tried that many that I have lost count. My weight, 220 pounds is now starting to effect not only my homelife but my health. At the moment I have a huge problem with my left knee as it keeps giving way, locking, clicking, is swollen and I am unable to use it for simple things like bending etc. The weight I feel is the problem. I have had a MRI scan on it and I will get the results tomorrow, but its not looking good, hence why I have joined this website. Please feel free to add me as a friend and maybe we can all help each other help, thanks. Oh yes I will upload a photograph in the next day or so.

    Hi - I have been on MFP for a while now but have never been active. My weight is at an all time high, and it's time for me to get busy and get it off. I'd love some friends for encouragement, as well. i work with a woman who has lost over 50 lbs using this site!

    Hi Just getting back into mfp after a looooong break over the summer...
    Looking or friends to help motivate each other.
    I want to drop 14lbs with diet and exercise, I am new to the exercise and have started spinning twice a week and jogging twice a week so hope that will get the lbs moving...
