So...my favorite..."calorie free foods" ...enough said. Really?!? People really think calorie free FOODS exist?

    only cardio will get you to your goal weight, and women being afraid of getting 'bulky' from weights....these make me embarrassed to be female, what happened to the legends of the Amazon women, who were strong, gorgeous and kick-*kitten*??

    - do not eat within X hours of bed to lose weight
    - you must eat breakfast; breakfast is the most important meal
    - you must consume protein with X minutes after finishing your workout
    - accidentally bulking up is a huge risk when weight training
    - certain individual foods are "healthy"
    - certain individual foods are "unhealthy"
    - you should consume as few calories as possible to lose weight
    - if you are stuck in a plateau the only option is to lower calories more

    My fathers logic: Fish is healthy even if it's fried... Veggies are healthy even when smothered in cheese. This from the man who refused to let me leave a since morsel on my plate because not finishing my dinner was disrespectful. Now I have an unhealthy relationship with food. Good job dad...
