  • How are we doing in here? I did something to my upper back yesterday that puts me out of any exercise for a couple of days. Except maybe bakasana. Need to try that. .....................

    Hi Alpina,

    is your back better?? Hope it's nothing serious.
    I found a bit for some more exercises, mainly skorpion-stand against wall and headstand .... so I might push through the 30 min. this month ...
    but if you wanna regroup and start over in November, I'm in and will be there @ your side (even if live might be a bit chaotic for a while @ my side ;-) )

    19/10
    - 60 seconds handstand agains wall
    - 60 sec. skorpion against wall

    20/10
    - 2 x 30 skorpion against wal

    21/10
    - 6 x 10 sec bakasana
    - 2 x 60 sec. skorpion agains wall
    - 60 + 30 sec handstand against wall

    90 seconds left ........ countdown ...

    today I did
    2 x 30 seconds bakasana

    then I shaved and prepared for the last 30 seconds of handstand ... I did 45 seconds and the last 5 seconds where away from the wall --- my first 5 sec. of a real handstand -- yeeehhaaa :-)

    Challenge completed ... :-)
