    Wow. Great job!! :drinker: I've been on here 5 months and I don't see that much of a difference in myself. How much have you lost and what have you been doing to look so great?

    I didn't see that much of a difference in the mirror until i actually put the pictures side by side. I think I forgot how big I was. Just pushing really hard with the exercise and diet. Im just counting calories. I don't deny myself carbs but i try and get A LOT of protein in a day, and after i do, there is usually little calories left for carbs.
