Has anyone found that after exercise they're less hungry than any other time? I burned 300+ calories today on a long brisk walk, but im struggling to eat the exercise calories i've gained in any way apart from high fat stuff like chocolate! any ideas what to eat to boost your calorie intake and still be healthy after exercise? i thought fruit, or slices of ham (for protein!) but theyre so low in calories! xxx

Nuts, seeds, milk, nut butters are good options.0

Maybe you'll have to consider eating a variety of items that will provide the calories that you need. I often struggle with the same issues also.0

On Saturday I worked out twice and earned about 900 more calories. It was so hard trying to find a way to fit them in. Like you I tried the fruits, but than I realized that is way to much fruit. I don't think I'll exercise twice in a day again0

Question do you have to eat them?
In order to reach your goals as set by MFP, Yes. You can choose to eat most of them if not all.0 -
If that is the case I would opt for a protein bar they have at least 200 Cals0
