18 pounds and 10 inches since the beginning of July, and I cannot do it every day due to my schedule.

My cardio endurance increased dramatically and I did build some muscle. I did NOT lose weight, but that was partially because I did not follow the diet recommendations. I didn't eat a ton of junk or anything like that, but I thought I was burning so many calories that it didn't matter. If you want to lose weight doing Insanity, follow the diet guidelines they provide. I may do a second round, but I actually got sick of it, so I don't know if I would stick with it. Good luck to you!

Here are my numbers....I have 2 1/2 weeks left.

    Started Sat. 8/18/2012
    height: 5'8
    weight: 187.5
    body fat: 31.7%

    last weigh day: Fri. 10/19
    weight: 176
    body fat: 27.7%

    Weight Lost: 11.5 lbs
    % BF Lost: 4%

I've gone from a size 14 to a 10 in some brands or a loose 12. And lost a bunch of inches!!

    Waist - 2.5
    Hips - 3.5
    Thigh - 2.5
    Chest/Bra Line - 2.5
    Bicep - 1.5

On top of the numbers, I'm soooo much stronger than I have ever been. I have more cardio and musclular endurance. I have muscles in my arms!! I was a girl who couldn't do 5 regular toe push ups three months ago and I did 23 in one minute as the LAST exercise of my workout yesterday! The move was supposed to be "pushup abs" but I decided to pump out as many regular push ups as I could since my form wasn't good with the abs version. This was after 40 minutes of Insanity.....and I did that many non-girly pushups.

    Success? YES!!!!
  • Had great success on my 1st round. I Lost 10 pounds, increased my cardio endurance and got pretty toned.

I actually started a 2nd round of Insanity earlier this year, but had to stop 2 weeks short of full completion due to some personal issues that came up. I'm thinking I'll start up again early next year again.
