Any weightlifting goals(guys/gals)?

I'll go first. I would like to get my bench press back up to 275lbs, squat back up to 405lbs, deadlift to 300+lb.

  • Mine was to bench 500....but I tossed that out the window to shape up. So, I want to lose the weight, look better, and maintain a 400+ bench.

    I will not be content until my deadlift and squat are over 700, and my bench is at least over 400.

    did all that power lifting in high school name was on the wall with records and all... now if i can just get one more 45 on my bench and deadlift i am satisfied... 315 on both is good enough for me especially after years of not touching a weight
