HELP!

My motivation is falling off the wagon. What do you all do to stay motivated? I had a good loss last week and now I'm screwing it up. :(

    I keep Photos and Measurements so I can see the progress I'm making. Also having a look at the "Success Stories" posts have been a Huge motivation for me :happy:

    I can relate because my motivation comes and goes too. But it looks like you and I are both going to be in this for awhile. For me, even when nothing else really keeps me motivated I just remember that if I choose to quit… it won’t take long for me to gain back all I’ve lost, and probably continue right on gaining. I REALLY REALLY don’t want that. I hate that idea more than I hate saying no to that delicious late night snack. ;) So I keep on keepin on even if I do slip up occasionally.

    I have a blog. So I read some inspirational words over there. But the best motivation for me is looking at before and after pictures. It's like wow. But looking at sexy and fit girls are motivating enough I guess. C:

    Just do it. Why do you need to ask for others motivation, if you can't find your own, you are sunk.
  • If I'm feeling uninspired I usually find a thread about the success of ladies my height. It gets me fired up and anxious to start tomorrow! :love:

    Thank you (almost) everyone! I think I just needed a little positivity and not to feel alone. The last few days have been kind of sad and I was feeling rather isolated in this journey (sometimes struggle).
