Hi, I'm Brittany I'm a 20 year old pre-med student, I've lost 20 lbs using MFP for about 2 months but then fell off the wagon and gained 4lbs back. I am looking to lose around 40 more pounds, but having trouble staying focused and motivated. I'm looking for new friends and support so feel free to add me!:)

    I love new friends. On a positive note, don't be too hard on yourself....you caught it at 4 lbs. There are a lot of us that wish we had "got it" at 4 lbs.

  • Hi, what ever happens dont give up.
    tip 1 dont look at people at the gym and do a half heared job.
    tip 2, write your goal on your wall read it everyday.
    tip 3 set an alarm to go to the gym.
    tip 4 prepair meals in advance so if your out with mates you dont snack on choclate.
    also find a trainer with the bod you want and pay the extra bit more for some support its hard to
    do anythin if you dont have the foundations down.
    tip 5 enjoy it even though its hard relax
