Can you freeze pecan pie?
I came home from a party last night with a pecan pie no one else wanted and I didn't want it thrown away. I'd like to save it in the freezer for a month but wondered if it can be frozen? Anyone had experience with this - since it's not like apple or cherry will it ruin the pie or am I o.k. to freeze it?

Yes u can freeze it
I used to work at a bakery
Had clients that came from other states and left with 30 pecan pies
I thought they were crazy but they said they froze it

You totally can but it falls apart more easily but it still taste fine!
I'm addicted to baking but live alone so I don't always have people to share with lol so I'll often have a day where I'm in the mood to bake, do it and then save it for when I visit my parents or go to a dinner party! I just stick it in the oven0
