when you see this on labels/packaging should you divide calorific content to the ratio of 1200 if that is your goal intake
really what i want to know is is so you need to pay attention to this or if it your own data recording needs to change to take account of this

no that's just for the procentages, like 15 % of fat or 25 % of vitamin c0

i seriously need help in this regard cux i live in a city and we dont get those calorie charts or anything to count our calories consumed per day and all so wt should i do??0

All you have to do is go to the tab called Food, imput what you ate, go to the tab Exercise and put in what you did that day eat all the calories it tells you too and you will loose weight. Here are some more posts that helped me.
