I usually squat around 47.5kg (104lbs ish) but today I was swapping sets with a guy who put extra 5kg (11lbs) plates on for his set and didn't tell me. When I didn't take them off I managed to do 2 reps before rapidly putting the bar back on the rack. I was about to yell at the guy for not warning me but then did some quick math and realised I'd just squatted my own body weight, my goal for the last six months!

Awesome. I can't even do barbell squats because of my shoulder. The closes I can get is the V squat stand.
