What does a 14cm belly loss look like?

May look like slow progress, but it's my most hated area and it's looking better!
This is what a loss of 14cm from the belly looks like:
R to L
Nov 2011 204lbs -> Oct 2012 199.6lbs

I never thought I'd be able to do it, but I now think that you can do anything you set your mind to. Takes hard work and ALOT of patience and faith as it doesn't happen overnight, nor in a month, nor in six months!0 -
congrats! Great work!0

A "slow process" is better when trying to lose weight. You are doing great, though. This are is my most hated area on myself, as well. Keep up the good work.0

That's only about 5 pounds???? :drinker: Amazing progress!!!
I have lost 11 pounds since my heaviest in Dec 2010 (that's what my ticker records), I got down to 204 in Nov 2011 following a horribly strict plan given to me by a nurse, which I rebelled against after a couple of months and so I bounced up to 210 pounds at the end of 2011 and am now at 199 pounds through a mix of a moderate defecit (not one fixed figure, I keep playing around with numbers , anything between 2500 and 1900 cals per day, trying to find what works) and around five hours a week of cardio/strength. I am doing far better with cm losses than weight, and that's fine by me
One day I'll have a figure like yours, hopefully :drinker:0 -
