So I had a tough decision just now for my afternoon snack. It was between some UTZ sour cream and onion potatoe chips(20 chips equals 160 calories) which i plugged into my diary and was going to eat them. But then i was like no, I have a 100 calorie pack of natural almonds. I should eat those instead...and I DID! I know the chips will just want me leaving waaay more so why bother teasing myself and probably giving in and eating way more than 20. I went with the nuts! :)

That's awesome! Doesn't it feel so good to exercise your willpower. Keep it up
  • So proud of you! I know how hard it is to stop eating something once you start, so you made an excellent choice!

Yay! And almonds are really good! I bet they'll keep you satisfied much longer than those potato chips. :-)
