Loosing weight but getting bigger!

Ok I just weighted myself and did my measurements. I've lost weight but my thighs belly and chest have all gotten bigger. So I guess I'm loosing pure muscle or something. I havent started working out yet. Is it normal to loose muscle and gain fat while im on this diet?

    My goal was about 1700 calories a day but I just updated and now its 1660. I'm usually pretty close to the goal.

    Are you certain you are measuring in exactly the same places?

    You might watch your sodium intake... you might be retaining fluid even though you are losing otherwise. :flowerforyou:
