Thought I would share my pics with you on my weight loss journey as I always find it so motivating to see others'.

I went from 224lbs (16stone) to 140lbs (10stone) with a combination of weightwatchers and exercise. Now I've progressed on from weightwatchers and am focused on healthy eating and exercise.

I'm 5ft 4 btw!

At the moment (for various reasons) I'm about 149/150 lbs and trying to get back down to goal but I've never gone above 151 since getting to goal 2.5 years ago which I think is pretty good! Struggling with the last 10lbs but I'm focused less on the numbers now and more on health and muscles! :bigsmile:

And the journey goes on and on and on. I have to work hard to stay at a healthy weight but it is worth it in the end. Even though it wrecks my head some days!

    Wow you look great! Thanks so much for the inspiration! I started at 257, but I am currently 221 at 5'4" and hope to end up where you are! I needed some motivation so seeing that the hard work pays off really helped me today! Thank you!

    You look fantastic! Your goal is my goal too and its great to see someone close to my height (I'm an inch shorter) at the number I'm aiming for so that I can have that image in my mind during the tough days!
