    Chew Gum.
Smoke. (IM AM NOT BEING SERIOUS)
    Brush your teeth.
Chew on tea tree tooth picks

    Avoid boredom.

I've found anything I put in my mouth that tastes minty takes away my appetite/makes food taste like crap.

Do something that occupies your hands as well as your brain. Knit, sew, take an online course. Take a walk, workout, lift weights.

sewing is my profession funnily enough! Maybe I can get in some extra training at home, hehehe! Serious smoking isn't even a bad idea, supposed to be an appetite suppressant too, ha!

I have found this too. When I have a craving for something, I make a cup of peppermint tea. By the time I am done drinking it, I find the craving has usually disappeared.

Work with something that makes your hands dirty. Like gardening, or working with animals. I volunteer on a farm, so the last thing I think about is putting my hands near my mouth. And working with your hands burns calories too!

One of the best predictors of obesity in kids is eating while looking at screens.

    JUST STOP IT!

    It's a learned behavior.

Oh man knitting really helped me stop eating in front of the TV. Plus now I have 3849108421942921 hats.
