Do You Guys Know The Average Amount Of Calories People Burn On Insanity? Because I'm Saving Money To Buy A Good Heart Rate Monitor/Calorie Burn Count But Until Then I Have To Know What Is The Average :indifferent:

    The one day i did Insanity I burned 1259 cals. Some burn more and others, like me burn more, verages seems to be about 500-600

    So I"ve been doing Insanity and many times my TImex HRM would say I was burning 1000 plus calories. I recently purchased a Polar FT7 HRM and it said I burn about 500 calories. Go figure! I'll go with the Polar reading as I really feel like my TImex is way off and burn avg of 500 calories per Insanity workout is common
