I started this journey fully expecting to fail like I have at every other diet attempt in my life. Logging my food is now just a way of life and a whole lifestyle change....not just a diet. I am only 1/3 of the way to my goal but wanted to post some pics to hopefully inspire some people to stick with it. The pic on the right was take about 6 years ago and the pic on the left was taken last week. I started MFP 6/21/12 and have lost 41 pounds since then. In my before pic I was probably close to 300 lbs (Started MFP at 288) and am currently 247. I couldn't have done it without all my support on this site.

Honestly I don't have any great tips. I just try to stay within my calories...between 1200-1300. I try and make the calories count. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, lean protein. As little bread as possible. I just don't put bad stuff in my mouth and try and walk when I can.0
