I'm new to My Fitness Pal, stumbled across it randomly looking through iPhone apps, it has kick started my weight loss journey and is something I am very greatful for, going for 1 hour walks in the afternoons with a few friends and cant wait to reach my goal weight!! Any tips to stay motivated please give me some :wink:

    set mini goals. rest stops on your way to your destination, e.g. 'i will do yoga every week this month.' i find it's a great way to stay on track when you have small victories along the way. good luck!
