Losing weight for fertility treatment - anyone?

HI there

I'm Allie, 35 and I need to lose roughly 3 stone so that I can start fertility treatment. Everyone keeps telling me this is the best motivation and I know it should be but I'm somehow finding that trying to lose weight for such an important reason is really hard. If I slip up, I feel *so* guilty.

Is anyone else dieting for this reason? I could really do with some support.

    I have fertility problems, got diagnosed with pcos. Been trying to conceive for a year now. I have been teying to lose weight in hopes of getting pregnant. With all of the fertility drugs Im on its really hard to lose anything! If you want feel free to add me as a friend on here. Would love to get tips/motivation from someone whose in the same boat as me.
