I've found anything I put in my mouth that tastes minty takes away my appetite/makes food taste like crap.0 -
Do something that occupies your hands as well as your brain. Knit, sew, take an online course. Take a walk, workout, lift weights.0

I have found this too. When I have a craving for something, I make a cup of peppermint tea. By the time I am done drinking it, I find the craving has usually disappeared.0 -
Work with something that makes your hands dirty. Like gardening, or working with animals. I volunteer on a farm, so the last thing I think about is putting my hands near my mouth. And working with your hands burns calories too!0
