People who have had "work" done after dieting

I am thinking about getting some things lifted and tucked after I reach my goal and had a few questions.

How many doctors did you interview before deciding on which one?
What was the deciding factor in picking that doctor?
What questions should be asked of the doctor that might not be obvious to a new patient?
Any advice?
