Has anyone actually purchased this from Tom Venuto or whatever his name is lol?
I was thinking of buying it but not sure so has ANYONE bought this themselves and if so was it worth it?

    Yes i bought it a couple of years ago and i have to say i absolutely loved it!! Now i am not a bodybuilder or fitness fanatic so granted im prob not the best person to ask but i found it really helpful with loads of good fitness and nutritional info in it. I would recommend it to anyone!!

    I got it when amazon had it as a free book for a small promotional period. I havent read that much of it but what ive seen so far was good
