Kroger Lite Greek yogurts (90 calories for 6 oz, 16 g of protein), with a tablespoon of honey-roasted sunflower seeds (48 calories) stirred in. Only 70 cents usually for each yogurt, too. My favorite is peach, with little chunks of peaches throughout. I eat a couple of those a day, and I LOVE them.0

Pickles, low-fat cheese sticks, and also Mini-Baybel cheeses...they make light or regular...the light ones save you 20 calories but they sure don't taste that great lol. Sometimes I just have a few tablespoons of my favorite salsa by itself, or sometimes I dip my cheese stick in the salsa for a bit of zip!0
